These terms apply to all purchases from The Premium Edit (thepremiumedit.com). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Pre-owned products
All items are pre-owned and sold as one-of-one pieces. Each item is inspected and graded (Premium, Excellent or Good condition), and any visible flaws are disclosed in the photos or description. Minor signs of previous wear consistent with the stated grade are not considered defects.
2. Authenticity
We sell only authentic branded items. Every piece is checked before listing. If an item you purchase is proven not to be authentic, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
3. Brands
The Premium Edit is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised retailer of Gymshark, lululemon, Nike, adidas, Alo Yoga or any other brand we stock. Brand names are used only to describe the products accurately.
4. Pricing & availability
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Because each item is one of one, an item is only reserved once your order is placed. If an item sells out while in your cart, we cannot hold or restock it. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be fully refunded.
5. Orders
We may cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unconfirmable COD orders. You will be notified and any payment refunded.
6. Sizing
Sizes shown are as labelled by the original brand. Fits vary between brands and with previous wear, so please check measurements in the listing or message us before ordering.
7. Returns
Exchanges, store credit and refunds are handled under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
