We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.
- Orders below PKR 5,000: a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.
Processing & delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–6 working days elsewhere.
- You'll receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order ships.
Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment are available. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delays
Courier delays during public holidays, weather events or sale periods are outside our control, but we'll always help you track your parcel. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days.
